Summary: Reinstall ground sensors, Moved tower and box closer to the field by about 1m.

4/26/2011 I arrived about 9am with Jaclyn. It was clear, sunny, and cool with a good wind from the west northwest, but warming quickly. The field has been planted and the surface is dry and powdery. We reinstalled the ground sensors in the field. We moved the tower and the box about a meter closer to the edge of the field to get the ground sensors further into the field. The well was installed with 19cm of the pipe above the ground. There was water at the bottom of the hole for the well, but I failed to measure it. We need to re-measure. The radiometer boom was rotated back over the field. The LGR was running okay. 10:17PDT, 25.97C, 148.49Torr, 16.828usec, 10Hz, 1.850ppm The pressure was a little bit lower before we banged the box around in moving it. Tipping bucket was clear and Jaclyn cleaned the radiometers. Data collected and card swapped. |
