2/8/2011 I arrived about 11:30 with Dennis, Jaclyn, and Naama. It was blowing like crazy from the northwest. Average wind speed was around 12m/s and gusts to 20m/s. The sky was clear and sunny. The field still had water on it, but the level had fallen by about 10cm. Seems they are draining the field in preparation for spring planting. The radiation boom had swung to the south over the berm. We turned it back west and tightened the set screws in the rail fitting, which were loose. I hope it sticks as the wind was doing its best to turn it back to the south. The systems were running. The LGR reported: 11:36PST, 24.56C, 103.89Torr, 17.395usec, 10Hz, 1.857ppm I adjusted the bypass valve to set the pressure to 145.82Torr. I restarted the LGR to get a keyboard and mouse connected, but they didn’t work. I left them in the field. The netbook was off. I started it and it collected data correctly. Jaclyn swapped cards on the CR1000. I moved the images off the plantcam card. The DO sensor was above the water. I think Jaclyn moved it to inside the well. |
