Summary: Marked depth for second staff gauge

Joe and I arrived at 16:45 PDT. It was overcast, breezy, and cool. It was near low tide but coming in I think. The staff gauge read 5.1ft at 15:55 PST.

Today was a maintenance trip to install the staff gauge. However, the water level was too high for us to get in the water near the channel. We ended up marking a line on the post by the channel. The marked line is 3 feet above the current water level (i.e., 3 feet above the "5.1ft" line on the staff gauge). We left the staff gauge near the tower and the hardware and socket wrench in the channel enclosure. Next time we are here at super low tide we have everything we need to install the gauge.

We left around 17:00 PDT.
