Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, Apogee NDVI_in sensor mostly NAN
| 2021-02-18 East End Carlos and I arrived at 13:55 PST. It was a mild, calm, and partly cloudy day. The wetland is still completely brown. The staff gauge read 44cm. I downloaded met, camera, and USB GHG data. The Apogee NDVI_in sensor is still recording mostly NAN, even though I’ve added a flag in the CR1000 program to throw out NANs when calculating a 30-minute average. The sensor wiring looked ok. Carlos cleaned flux and rad sensors. The wash reservoir was almost empty; we refilled it. I left a prophylactic mothball in the met datalogger box. LI-7500 readings: CO2 420ppm H2O 230ppm T 16.7C P 102.6kPa SS 100 --> 101 after cleaning LI7700 readings: CH4 2.1 after cleaning RSSI 46 --> 80 after cleaning We left at 14:20. |
