Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, willows starting to leaf out, uploaded new CR1000 program with correct coefficients for HMP155
| 2021-02-18 West Pond Carlos and I arrived at 12:40 PST. It was a mild, calm, and partly cloudy day. The wetland is still completely brown. The willows are starting to leaf out and some branches are starting to grow into the road. The staff gauge read 19cm. I downloaded met, camera, and USB GHG data. Carlos cleaned flux and rad sensors. The wash reservoir was ½ full; we refilled it. There were some wasps in the reservoir box so I left the lid open. I left a prophylactic mothball in the met datalogger box. I uploaded a new CR1000 program with the correct HMP155 coefficients. The previous program had the slope/offset for the HMP60 (slope 0.1 and offset -40). For the HMP155, the slope/offset are 0.14 and -80. I also switched the program/wiring so the HMP155 is powered by the SW12V port instead of the 12V power strip. LI-7500 readings: CO2 436ppm H2O 297ppm T 16.6C P 102.8kPa SS 102--> 102 LI7700 readings: CH4 2.0ppm RSSI 59--> 79 after cleaning We left at 13:05. |
