Summary: Swapped 7500 for calibration, removed conductivity sensor and homemade interface

Joe and I arrived at 12:30 PST. It was a sunny day with stratus clouds and hazy horizons. The wetland looks mostly brown. The staff gauge was at 27cm. Joe and I both got in the water and looked for the fluorometer cap but we could not find it. The fluorometer brushes were clear of the lenses, although later on they stopped right on the edges of the lenses. We left the brushes on for now, and Joe disconnected and reconnected the cable to see if that would make a difference.

We swapped the 7500 for calibration: sn 75H-2669 came off and sn 0073 went on. Joe uploaded a new config file, updated pressure coefficients, and reset the box. I downloaded met, camera, and USB GHG data. Joe cleaned flux and rad sensors.

I swapped Coveâ€™s homemade conductivity interface (sn 547-01) with my homemade interface (sn 547-02) to use with conductivity sensor sn 5688. Unfortunately, the temperature from the conductivity sensor was still bad, so the problem had not been with the board. I ended up removing the conductivity sensor sn 5688 with Coveâ€™s interface (sn 547-01). I installed the conductivity sensor I was using in the lab (sn 7157) with my homemade interface (sn 547-02), wired as the secondary conductivity sensor.

I updated the CR1000 program so that it now was the correct Kc constant (1.452) for the sn 7157. Between 2020-11-03 and 2020-12-09, the datalogger program was using the wrong KC constant (1.343) to calculate â€œCond_corr_2_Avg.â€
