Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, water samples for Isabel, brought eosFD back to lab for cleaning

Metta and I arrived at 10:30 PDT. It was windy, sunny, and mostly clear, with low clouds to the west and north. The water level was relatively high, and the water looked dark brown. The staff gauge read 61cm. The eosFD chamber was partly submerged; the water level was a few cm above the membranes.

I collected water samples for Isabel by hand at 10:00 PST, hanging off the NW corner of the tower. The wind pushed all 3 empty vials and 4 caps into the water. One sunk immediately but I was able to scoop up 2 vials and all 4 caps. So, there are only 2 vials of water samples for this date. The water was surprisingly clear given the dark brown color I saw from the surface.

I downloaded met, camera, USB GHG, and miniDOT data. I swapped the miniDOT batteries and the desiccant for the miniDOT and water level sensor. I cleaned flux and rad sensors and topped off the wash reservoir. I wiped the fluorometer lenses. I brought the eosFD chamber (sn FD20190027) for a thorough cleaning in the lab and to install a longer collar.

Metta left around 11:00 PDT. I had dummy locked the main Sherman gate so she could let herself up, but someone had closed it properly since we entered. I left Mayberry at 11:35 PDT to open the gate and let her out.

Looking at the data back in the lab, CDOM is jumping up after the site visit, presumably because I'm cleaning the lenses. We should think about how to keep the lenses clear...bring it in to the lab to swap out the brushes, reapplying the copper foil?
