Summary: Decommissioning of site, equipment hand off to Sabina

Sherman Barn

Joe and I arrived at 8:40 PDT. It was a warm and breezy day with clear skies. The field in front of our tower is disked, and there were a few trucks, tractors, and other large machinery trundling about kicking up dust. They are starting to build up the levee road surrounding the new wetland area. Sabina and Nick from Hydrofocus came around 9:00.

We did a final data download and decommissioned the site to hand off to Sabina for a rice field on Staten. I downloaded met, camera, and USB GHG data. TC7 and TC9 had some NANs. The flux sensors were dirtier than usual from all the construction dust. Some of the bird spikes on the sonic had been knocked downward.

LI-7500 readings:
CO2 361ppm
H2O 1058ppm (seems high)
T 22.1C
P 101.2kPa
SS 90--> 101 after cleaning
LI7700 readings:
CH4 2.3ppm
RSSI 0-->66 after cleaning

We brought a game camera and the motion sensor back to the lab; all the other sensors went with them.
