Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, camera stolen again, no water at the tower
| 2020-07-01 East End I arrived at 9:35 PDT. It was a mild, breezy day, but warming up. The wetland looked green, but there is no standing water at the tower, and the water level was below the staff gauge. The miniDOT and conductivity sensor were out of the water. Someone has stolen the camera again. They were pretty thorough—they removed the wooden post and the pluggable power clip. The main met box and the CR10X boxes were open. They had also cut the wire for the precip sensor and pulled out the PARout wires from the mux. PARout was NAN/noisy starting 2020-06-17 4:00, so that is probably when the camera was stolen. I fixed PARout and the precip wiring. Joe reported it to Bryan, and I’ll file a police report like we did the last time the camera was stolen. We’ll probably replace it with a Picam, which doesn’t look as obviously like a camera. The reservoir was ½ empty; I refilled it. I downloaded met, USB GHG, and miniDOT data. I changed the water level and miniDOT desiccant. I cleaned flux and rad sensors. LI-7500 readings: CO2 401ppm H2O 750ppm T 23.5C P 100.8kPa SS 98 --> 102 LI7700 readings: CH4 1.95ppm RSSI 52 --> 72 after cleaning I left at 10:30 PDT. |

Someone stole the Canon camera, camera enclosure, and wooden post, likely on 2020-06-17 between 3:30 and 4:00.

Camera power clip was removed, precip and PARout sensor wires were yanked out or cut.
