Summary: clocks on lgr and pc

On 30Apr08 at Sherman Island the new computer time was 15:00 pac standard
time. The laser clock was set to 16:00 pac daylight time. At that time I
changed the laser's clock to match the computer. Please note this in your
records and adjust the data analysis accordingly.

Matteo would you contact LGR and find out if the laser changes from PST to PDT
automatically or not, if it has an option that we need to disable similar to
the Windows operating system.
