| 2020-01-23 Sherman Barn Camilo, Ariane, Nicole, and I arrived at 14:40. It was an overcast and cool day with a thin layer of clouds. The pasture is mostly green, although it’s a little more brown on the north side of the tower. We didn’t see any cows on the field. Camilo measured water level with the water level tape: Top of pipe to water level = 67 cm (2.64 ft) Top of pipe to soil = 20.6 cm (0.81 ft) Sensor psi reading = 0.765 ~ 54 cm Ariane took spectral measurements. I collected met, camera, USB GHG, and gamecam data. The gamecam clock was ok. I checked the phenocam clock and had to set it forward 17 minutes: when the clock read 14:37, I set it to 14:54 to sync it with the laptop time. The wash reservoir was mostly full; we did not top it off. Camilo cleaned flux and rad sensors. Camilo measured sonic orientation: on the compass it was 317 deg, on the phone compass it was 322 deg. LI-7500 readings: CO2 417ppm H2O 515ppm T 13.1C P 102.3kPa SS 101--> 101 after cleaning LI7700 readings: CH4 2.06ppm RSSI 56-->78 after cleaning We left at 15:00. |
