Phenology: very heterogeneous. At Vaira, 80% grass on heading and seeding stages, but some late geminated grasses were still in leaf growth. See a lot of clover under the tall grasses (~50cm high). At Tonzi, phenology seems delayed. See heading and seeding, yellow and white followers, also see broad-leaf herbs dominated in wetter and lower area. Oak leaves looked much bigger than they were last year.
Summary

1. Walking stick is very useful.
2. EC systems worked well. I swapped Li-7500 at Tower and Floor, and download data at Tower, Floor, and Vaira
3. Fans of Tair and Rh sensor on the tower was failed. (already notice Ted).
4. Filenames in Tower computer is 1 day ahead. (already notice Ted).
5. Change the battery of radiation transect. Worked very well.
6. soil CO2 profile system back to ranges.
7. collect grass sample for LAI and phenology in Tower and Vaira, oak branches for N.
8. MIBA samples were not collected this time.
9. measured soil moisture, dendrometer, and spectrometer. Soil moisture dropped to 10% on the surface at Vaira; ~ 20-30% at Tonzi.
