Summary: Downloaded met/cam/GHG data, updated LI-7550 software to v8.7.5, swapped 7500 head, re-wired met sensors from CR23x to CR1000

We arrived at 10:30. It was clear, sunny, and warm.

I copied met and soil CO2 data from the computer to a USB stick. I also moved the phenocam data from the computer to a USB stick. Joe recorded the soil moisture data. Joe drove to the pond to collect data and disconnect the radio. The pond was at 14.9'.

I downloaded the LicorGHG data. I upgraded the LI-7550 sn AIU-1870 software from v8.5.0 to v8.7.5 and checked the site setup settings.

I swapped the LI-7500 head: sn 0035 came down, and sn 75H-2514 went up. I uploaded a new config file, updated the pressure coefficients, and reset the LI-7550 box.

LI-7500 readings:
-First column is 7550 v8.5.0 with sn 0035, Second column is 7550 v8.7.5 with sn 0035, Third column is 7550 v8.7.5 with sn 75H-2514.

Joe and I removed the CR23X sn 2299 and rewired the sensors to a CR1000 sn 66250. Joe installed a plywood interior panel to which we could screw the CR1000 and AM16/32. Joe also removed the Leaf Wetness and NR-Lite sn 990353 sensors and installed incoming/outgoing NDVI sensors with hemispherical views sn 2046503368 and sn 2046503402 (check orientation!).

We uploaded a CR1000 program, VR_met_20170817.CR1. This program has two data tables, one with 30-min data and one with 10-sec data. Both tables are stored to the CF card.

Joe did the manual moisture point measurements and manually collected the pond data. The pond level was about 14.90ft.

We left at 15:30.
