Summary: data collection/cleaning, pulled TCE 23/34/25 for repair

We arrived at 11:40. The weather was sunny, breezy, thin clouds.

I collected the met and USB GHG data. Joe cleaned the EC sensors and downloaded the camera data. The wash reservoir was full.

LI7500 readings:
CO2 408.06 umol/mol
H2O 446.1 mmol/m3
T 16.9 Celsius
P 102.5 kPa
SS 102.0 -> 102.8 after cleaning

LI7700 readings:
CH4: 1.95
RSSI: 54.8 -> 74.3 after cleaning

I checked the wiring for the NR01 and atm pressure sensor b/c we had seen some spikes in the data. Some wires were frayed so I trimmed and re-stripped them before connecting to the datalogger.

I got in the water and pulled out the wires for thermocouples 23, 24, 25. These three had been all reading the same. The rod was southeast of the tower, about 2 m from the tower and about 1 m from the edge of the plant border. Two thermocouples were loose and one was attached to the rod. We brought the three thermocouples back to the lab and threw away the rod and split-loom conduit.

We couldn't check the miniDOT time using the laptop because the software did not show the sensor time and the "Sync Time" button was grayed out.

Joe checked the sn for miniDOTs and Eosense CO2 sensors. I re-named the miniDOT folder on the laptop so it matches the current position of each sensor.

Joe added new hardware to the water sensor boom to make it easier to raise and clip in the raised position.
