Summary: Regular data collection, Could not collect Met data
| Arrived at 13:50. It was sunny and clear with no wind. The alfalfa looks lush and green but is still only about 20cm tall. We collected USB GHG data and swapped the CF camera card. Sam and Daphne were doing site visits on Twitchell and Sherman so we had the Tonzi computer. The setup on this computer is slightly different and we were not able to connect to the CR1000 datalogger. Therefore, we were not able to download met data or check the numbers. But the datalogger was running since we heard the multiplexer clicking periodically. Back in the lab we realized we had been using the wrong cable to try to connect… We cleaned the eddy flux sensors and refilled the wash reservoir. LI7500 readings: CO2 427.5 umol/mol H2O 533.9 mmol/m3 T 22.07 Celsius P 101.98 kPa SS 79.29 -> 80.15 LI7700 readings: CH4: 2.18 RSSI: 46.8 -> 70 after cleaning Left at 14:10 |
