Summary: Checked miniDots, installed HOBO
| Mayberry 2016-11-16 I arrived about 9am with Sam. It was cool, sunny and clear. The water level has come up a little, but is still very low and brown. The vegetation is all brown. We stopped to check on the mimiDots and install the new HOBO conductivity sensors sn 11020258. We pulled the miniDots and checked both of them but did not collect data. The miniDot in the lowest location was not turned on. The HOBO conductivity sensor was put in the water near the existing conductivity sensor at the southeast corner of the scaffolding. It is tied to the tower with some rope. No ants in the data logger box this time. There were a bunch of ants in the solar charge controller box near the solar panels. I sealed the wire holes and put a mothball in the box. I latched the door but did not completely close the box. |
