Summary: Calibrated 7700, examined PAR and DO sensors, water level low, normal data collection, tested rain sensor

Arrived 12:30. Light wind, sunny, water level low, greener than Mayberry canopy-wise.

Collected USB GHG data; collected met data from 23X; collected camera data. Calibrated 7700.

Checked shading of PAR and SW sensors: discoloration on reflected PAR out. Brown spotsâ€”alcohol doesnâ€™t remove it.

We tested the rain bucket by running 237mL of water through it which should result in 50 tips. we got 56 tips. I turned the sets screws a half turn CCW which should reduce the tips by about 3%.

Checked on DO sensor: reading 113 raw output. Both the DO and CO2 probe were out of the water. There was about 10cm of water at the tower. The CO2 sensor was lowered into the water. The DO sensor sn DO-06 was removed for testing and service in the lab. Its cable has chew marks on it. (Note 2020-09-28 Daphne: Water level sensor also probably lowered).

The compute stick seemed to be running fine. I moved the Stardot images off. I installed the solid state switch to turn the Stardot off at night. All seemed well.
