Summary: Measured depth of DO and CO2 probes, regular data collection, took spectral
| Arrived 12:50. Sunny, hot, slightly windy, clear sky with fog on the horizon. Vegetation is green, cattails are blooming, water level almost normal. Methane wash water reservoir filled, was almost full. Collected USB GHG data, collected camera pictures, collected met data from CR1000, all looks good except SHFP2=NAN. Measured depth of dissolved oxygen probe: 40cm from the ground to top of the sensor Measured depth of dissolved CO2 probe: 35 cm from the ground to the top of the sensor Top of DO probe is almost exactly at water level Took spectral measurements, still looked uncharacteristically fuzzy at 400nm. LI7500 measurements CO2 386.37 H2O 738.7 T 25.49 P 101.31 ss 94.6 -> 96.9 LI7700 measurements CH4 65 rssi 53 -> 85 left 13:10 |
