Summary: Standard fieldwork, killed wasps and blocked holes.

I arrived about 9am with Patty. It was mild and warming with a nice breeze from the west. The pepper weed looks pretty sad, but there is a heavy layer of Bermuda grass and lambs quarters. Maybe the cows have not been around to mow.

Patty did LAI, spectral, moisture point and veg height.

I downloaded the data and took care of the wasps. I sprayed a big nest in the end of the boom near the flux sensors then capped all three ends.

The LGR read: 9:16, 22.13C, 134.9Torr, 14.723usec, 10Hz, 1.922ppm
I adjusted the bypass valve to 148Torr. I checked both the external 2um and 40um filters, they were okay.

The 7500 read: 15.99mmol/m3 co2, 695mmol/m3 H2O, 100.75kPa, 24.28C, 248diag

The perforated wells were dry, but there was some water in the original non-perforated well at 108cm below the top of the pipe. Maybe the water table came up and went back down.

The computer screen would not come up. After a hard restart all was well.
