Notes:	This sensor was borrowed from Frank Anderson along with a was box and required cables. It will be deployed on the Corn / Construction tower for a aircraft flight in mid September and maybe returned soon afterwards.

The CR1000 program was changed to read the Ethernet signal. The 7700 was set to output at 40Hz to try and minimize the loss of messages due to clock drift.
