Summary: All OK, ants in the box

Arrived at the West Pond around 11:15 local time to still conditions and warm temperature (20C). Water level looked good submerging the upper DO to the cable. Water was still fully flowing through the inlets.

All the met and flux data looked good and we filled the LI-7700 reservoir, which was half full (I’m an optimist). RSSI was 70, so we did not clean the mirrors of the LI-7700. We put a desiccant pack in the LI-7550 box. There were many ants in the datalogger box, and Joe cleaned these out and put more putty around the holes.

H2O = 680 mmol/m3
CH4 = 2.0ppm
SOS = 344 m/s
