Summary: Met system powered and recording, installed temperature profiles.

2012-04-24 Sara and Jaclyn arrived about 13:30PDT. It was hot and sunny with little to no wind and a few clouds drifting in from the west. They hooked up a car battery to the CR1000, and installed the soil/water temperature profiles. They didn’t have a wrench for one of the battery nuts so it is only finger tight. They said the pond bottom was soft enough to just push in the temperature profile sticks, but it was hard to tell at what levels the TCs ended up. Data was being collected when they left. |
