Summary: foggy..was not able to recover as much met data as I thought..Not sure if datalogger is down and met data are missing or not..need to double check next trip
| Jan 5. Visited Mayberry site..Foggy and cold am..but fog was not as dense as earlier in the am..so the sensors were on scale.
Was able to turn on the pc and find the right usb port and talk to the dataloggers. I tried to make some screen shots, but not sure where they are and they were not copied to my usb port..We should look for them next time. Swapped data cards.. Tried to download the met data and renamed the file to MB_CR10x_20110105_Met.dat problem as I look at it know it is only 3 k and the data are only from day 355 and 356 on 2010..I should have looked more closely in the field..I thought I did a data query and renamed the *.dat file as the notes said..we need to double check next time. Wind flipped over the camera pole..I uprighted it..It is too flexible and needs to restrict the lever.. Otherwise things seemed fine..The solar panels were clean from all the rains..The dc power was ok, generating about 4 amps in the rising fog.. |
