Summary: warm day; gate to Sherman Island Locked and impossible to open for us

Went out to the site on Sunday. Found we could not get into the gate. There is a misalignment between the pin on the latch and the hole that our lock goes through. I sent an email to Juan Mercado. This is the reason Wendy Yang could not get out..We need it fixed so no one gets stuck in the field…

At the field site the box to the datalogger was left open…..PLEASE make sure all boxes are secure..Luckily it did not rain…and a wasp was starting to build a home…

Happy to see the footing of the tower was secure..I went out mostly to see ducks, few, and make sure the tower was ok because 60 mph winds had been predicted over the weekend..Winds were actually light and temperatures were in the 70s..Flooding increases more and more… really nice…

The lap top was not deployed yet so unsure about the data
