Summary: Standard data collection, forgot gate keys - walked in from road, swapped Arable Mark II, BF3 still needs desiccant

Kyoko, Hisashi and I arrived at 13:00. It had been overcast most of the morning but was starting to break up and there was a tiny breeze from the east. The gasses have largely gone to seed. Some of the broadleaves are large and beginning to flower. The trees look nice with full leaves. There were some very small puddles on the road. I forgot to bring my keys so we crawled under the gate and walked to the site.

I collected the data and did spectral measurements with the Jaz. Kyoko and Hisashi did the soil moisture, the well level, took clip plots and measured vegetation height.

After I got home and reviewed the Phenocam images I saw that the camera window needs cleaning. There are some black smudges but mostly in areas not used from GCC.

I swapped the Arable Mark II sensor: sn C002714 came off and sn C003231 went up. It seemed to boot up properly.

I forgot to bring fresh desiccant from the car for the BF3 diffuse PAR sensor. I opened the box, removed an unused battery holder and mopped up a bunch of condensation. Hopefully this helps until next time.

I collected the FD chamber data but did not clear its memory.
