Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, spectral, veg height, alfalfa still unmowed
| 2019-04-18 Bouldin Alfalfa Alex, Jiangong, and I arrived at 10:05. It was a sunny and warm day with clear skies. Alfalfa is still very tall and green, but no flowers yet. I’m surprised they haven’t mowed yet. Alex trimmed the alfalfa under the tower. Alex took spectral (files 79-87). Jiangong cleaned flux and rad sensors and took veg height measurements. The wash reservoir was mostly full, and we topped it off. I downloaded met, camera, USB GHG, and FD data. The camera angle looked too low, but I couldn’t connect to it through Stardot Tools or through trying to connect directly to 192.168.2.101. I guessed at the correct camera angle. I’m not sure how to stabilize the camera mount further. LI-7500 readings: CO2 430ppm H2O 635ppm T 21.7C P 102.1kPa SS 97--> 98 after cleaning LI7700 readings: CH4 2.1ppm RSSI 59-->83 after cleaning We left at 10:35. |
