Summary: Water level very low, located and flagged pond outlet.

I arrived at about 2:30pm. This was a quick stop to put in a new USB miniDOT for DO and to find and mark the pond’s outlet. However, the water level was so low, there was no reason to put in the miniDOT.

I found the outlet but only on the second pass and flagged it with some pink tape. It looks like the beginning of a boardwalk and the drain was heavily over grown with tules. The water level was about four or five boards (35-45cm) from the top and almost the same level as the drain.

I saw a family of swans just to the north of west pond and on my way out a large gopher snake almost a meter long.
