I arrived at about 10:30 with Siyan. It was foggy and cold with a bit of a breeze. The fog began lifting soon after we left for Tonzi. The ground was wet and there were puddles on the road. The water hole is close to full. We saw a cow rancher coming and going with a truck and trailer.

I collected data from the three FD chambers and removed them (sn 20160004, sn 20160005, sn 20160006) for return to Eosense. Inside the collars was mostly sprout free. I looked at the test TCs on the soil CO2 system. There is one free SE channel on the 10X. I didnâ€™t see a way to move things around to avoid the voltage divider on the multiplexer. So I changed the program to collect the raw mV instead of doing the TC function.

I collected the 7500 data and left the box door unlatched â€“ we came back on our way home to latch the door.

Siyan did the usual fieldwork. We did not go to the pond.
