Summary: Regular data collection, installed new sonic with updated firmware, switched LW_in and LW_out wires on mux, need to replace LI-6400 dessicant
| We arrived at 10:45. It was cool with some clouds on the horizon. Almost 0 LAI. We downloaded met data and USB GHG data and swapped the camera CF card. Camera only had data until 1/2, probably an issue with aging CF card. STC(14) = NAN. We switched out the Gill sonic anemometer: sn 153805 came down and sn 153802 went up. The new anemometer has upgraded firmware to correct for the W bug. We made sure the N-orientation of the anemometer was the same between the old and new sensor. We cleaned the radiation and CO2 sensors. Same and Kyle took soil respiration measurements. The LI-6400 had a "high humidity" warning so we probably need to replace the dessicant. The 7500 read: CO2 429ppm (this is similar to EE but is about 20ppm higher than the other Delta sites) H2O 270 mmol/m T 9.4C P 101.8kPa SS 92.3 --> 90 after cleaning |
