Summary: Installed network interface for CR1000, Errors on CR1000 probably due to conductivity sensor - disconnected.

I arrived about 8:30 with Siyan. It was clear and sunny but the ground was damp with heavy dew.

I brought the NL115 interface to install on the CR1000 to connect to the Compute stick. That went well and I was able to connect to the CR1000 but could not download data. I couldnâ€™t figure out what the problem was â€“ no data over the Ethernet or the serial connection. Finally, after reloading the program I saw an error message about one of the input channels being over range. I disconnected both the eosGP CO2 probe and the conductivity probe that I reconnected yesterday. This cleared the error and I saw data get collected.

I think probably the conductivity probe is having problems. Maybe ants got into its interface box and shorted something out. The EosGP probe can probably be reconnected.

Almost two weeks of met data have been lost due to the initial failure then second failure and program reload.
