Summary: Standard data collection, did soil respiration chamber measurements, Alfalfa approx. 45cm tall

Arrived at 15:45. Sunny, clear, breezy with gusts. Alfalfa looked nice and green, approximately 40 to 50 cm tall. Someone seemed to have come by to pick up the sheep fence that was still left at the tower. Field to the south has had its edges mowed.

Collected USB GHG data, camera pictures, and Met data. All data looked good. We did not swap the CFM card for the high frequency diffuse PAR data.
Updated LI7550 sn AIU-0674 box firmware from v7.3.0 to v8.0.0.

We did soil chamber measurements with the LI6400, the battery fuse was blown, so no power at first, but Joe removed the fuse and directly connected the batteries without a fuse, that worked. Needs to be looked at in the lab.

We did not have time to do spectral and clip plots. We also didnâ€™t move the SHF plates. The FR 2cm probe had a reasonable reading so we did not swap it.

We left again at 16:10.
