I arrived about 11:15 with Kyle and Ian. It was clear sunny and cold with a good breeze. The water level in the field was quite a bit lower. We met Bruce on the way out who said they had turned the water off, but were going to turn it on again after they check for some leaks. Also it doesn’t sound like more rice is a sure thing next summer. Bruce says it depends on how much rain we get, the salt levels in the fields and how much they make on last year’s crop (money should start to arrive in the next month).

I added two batteries to the battery bank sn BB-TW. I added two batteries from the lab. One form 5/14 and one from 5/11. Both tested okay in the lab. The existing batteries were two from 2/12 and two from 6/14.

The 7500 read: 396ppm CO2, 364mmol/m3 H2O, 84.7SS, 7.54C, 102.2kPa – 85.6SS after cleaning
The 7700 read: 1.95ppm CH4, 44RSSI – 72 after cleaning

The 7700 wash reservoir was almost empty – refilled.

I pulled up the water pressure sensor and put it back shaking it a bit to dislodge any bubbles. I’m not sure what was causing diurnal swings previously.
