Summary: Standard data collection, checked sonic setting and changed SOS coefficient
| East End 2015-12-28 I arrived about 11:50 with Kyle and Ian. It was mostly sunny and cold. There was lots of cattail fluff in the breeze. Ian was in the water near the boardwalk to the north. The 7500 read: 406ppm CO2, 322mmol/m3 H2O, 89.5SS, 9.20C, 101.8kPa – 90.3SS after cleaning The 7700 read: 1.96ppm CH4, 54RSSI – 88 after cleaning The wash reservoir was nearly empty – refilled We checked the coefficients for the sonic analog channels. The 7550 settings were: U: 6 and 0 V: 6 and 0; W 1 and 0 SOS 335 and 7 – this is supposed to be 345 and was changed. We also checked the settings in the sonic. These were U: -5 to +5V = -30 to +30m/s V: -5 to +5V = -30 to +30m/s W: -5 to +5V = -5 to +5m/s SOS – not specified in software |
