Summary: Swapped out Gillsonic and Licor; system is drying down (due to the drought).
| Jan 5, D 5 Revisited the Vaira ranch to swap out Gill sonic and Licor. When the system was turned on the Gill was ok. But the records showed its poor performance, so we swapped it anyway. (1030 hrs). Swapped out the Licor too. Installed #35 for #42. Li-Cor 7500-0035 setting 10-25 mmol m-3 of CO2 for the output 0-5 V. We note that the grass is height in the shade of the solar panel. Could be the more beneficial effect of optimal water balance than light. The system is drying down, though green. We are in a drought,though expect rain Jan 8. Altered met GR3 files to add std.dev for the radiation sensors |
