Summary: Standard data collection, camera clock problems, cleaned HMP60 and swapped fan.
| West Pond 2015-11-11 I arrived about 12:30 with Kyle. It was clear, sunny and mild with a light variable breeze. The vegetation is slowly senescing here. Inlets were running and the water level was normal. The 7700 read: 2.13ppm CH4, 62SS – 81.5 after cleaning The 7500 read: 429ppm CO2, 445mmol/m3 H2O, 94.1SS, 15.75C, 102.5kPa I don’t think we checked the wash reservoir here. We checked the DO sensor in air – it was clean. DO 24.36mV Tair 16.56C P 102.98kPa The camera had a bad time again and took photos overnight. There are a few in the early morning and late evening that might be usable. I reset the clock and saw that is was not correct in the autocam program. With some fussing I was able to get the clock set and the autocam program running with the correct time. We should swap out this camera next time. The HMP60 fan was a little slow. I took apart the solar shield and found the inside stuffed with spider silk and dust. I cleaned it out as best I could and decided to put in a new fan. We should check and clean the others. |
