5/5/2010 Arrived with Dennis and Jaclyn about 9:20am. Cool with good west wind, clear sunny and warming. Rice is beginning to sprout in Field 1. Met Luikang and Chris from Licor as well as Frank and Bryan from USGS. Licor brought a loaner LI7700 for testing. LI7700 head added just south of center at top of tower. Lens washer box and LI7550 interface box added to east tripod leg. Two 12VDC power cords (LI7700 and LI7550) ran to power strips inside main box. Analog out from LI7550 run to CR1000. LI7550 setup to log all LI7700 data to USB flash drive at 10Hz. Five channels sent to CR1000 using Single Ended analog 0-5V signal: Channel 0V 5V CH4 (mmol/m3) 0.05 0.15 CH4 (ppm) 1 5 Pressure (kPa) 90 110 Temperature © 0 50 RSSI (%) 0 100 These channels were added to the end of the fast CR1000 table. The CR1000 program was changed to make these modifications. Data was copied and card swapped. Dennis and Jaclyn calibrated the LGR Twitchell: cal gas 3.276 ppm CH4, 433ppm CO2, mirror 13.9 us, 145 Torr, 37C CH4 pre-cal: 3.342 CO2 pre-cal: 441 CH4 post-cal: 3.273 CO2 post-cal: 433 Left a little before noon time. |
