Summary: Hisashi took a dip. Collected data.

West Pond
2014-11-11

We arrived around 12:50 PST. It was warm with a light breeze and high sparse clouds. The inlet was off and the water level seemed a little bit low. It’s a good thing because Hisashi fell into the water. Had it been a little higher one of the water monsters might have got him. As it was, only the duckweed managed to latch on. Sara & Pascal took water samples. I collected data.

Readings:
CO2 = 393 ppm (400 after cleaning)
H2O = 580 mmol m-3 (550 after cleaning)
signal strength = 90.92% (94.04 after cleaning)
p = 100.8 kPa
t = 20.9 C
sos = 346.6 m s-1
CH4 = 2.2 ppm
RSSI = 40% (81 after cleaning)

Met looked good.
