Summary: Water low and inlet not running. Bryan said he would turn inlet back on. Put washer clip back on 7700. All well, no ants in 7550 box :)

We arrived around 10:00 PDT. It was sunny, breezy, and warm. There was no water under the tower but the veg mat was still moist. The inlet was not running. We met Bryan Brock later who said that the inlet was turned off per our request to initiate an experimental water table drawdown. After some discussion, we decided to wait on the experimental drawdown so we could have more discussion in the lab. Bryan said he would turn the inlet back on.

We downloaded data, cleaned the flux instruments, and put the washer clip back on the 7700 (it was left off last week during the 7700 calibration). We checked the new 7550 box for ants none found!

7500 readings:
CO2 = 385 ppm (same after cleaning)
H2O = 750 mmol m-3 (same after cleaning)
signal strength = 83.6% (84.1% after cleaning)
t = 23 C
p = 101.2 kPa
sos = 347.7 m s-1

7700 readings:
CH4 = 1.89 ppm (1.91 after cleaning)
RSSI = 26.8 (75.2 after cleaning)
Reservoir was 5/6 full.

MET looked good.
