Twitchell Rice: 2011-10-04 09:00:00 (DOY 277)
Author: Jaclyn Hatala
Others: Sara Knox

Summary: everything OK, rice drying out to brown

Arrived about 9am with Sara. Winds were light from the west and temperatures were pleasantly cool. Pressure in the LGR was 139.17 Torr, ring time was 14.42us, and [CH4]=1.9ppm.

The UC Davis crew were making chamber measurements. Chatted with Kobi, and he said that their chamber measurements yielded lower CH4 fluxes during drainage this year than the previous year. This matches what I've been seeing from the flux data.

Sara measured LAI with the LAI-2000, and we removed the transect flags in preparation for harvest.
