Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, calibrate 7700, uploaded new picam code, changed eddy clock -4.5min, hot day
2022-06-09 East End Ari and I arrived at 11:50 PDT. It was a hot day but a slight breeze made it bearable when standing in the shade. The water level is high here. The staff gauge read 76cm. Wetland plants look good. I downloaded met, cam, and USB GHG data. After ejecting the USB, I changed the eddy clock -4:30min from 11:10:30 to 11:06:00. This clock offset is larger than usual. I put in a fresh USB and checked that it was logging . After downloading and clearing the picam photos, I uploaded the new picam software Joe had prepared. The new version has new (fixed) red/blue gains and more efficient (lossy) jpg compression. I changed the file permissions to allow x for all (rwx r-x r-x) and rebooted the picam. The new software seems to be running fine. We calibrated LI-7700 sn TG1-0423, which looked fine. The optics RH was 17% so I left the desiccant as is. I downloaded miniDOT data and swapped its desiccant. I didn’t have enough loose, blue desiccant in the jar so I didn’t swap the water level desiccant this time. The 7500 read: 428ppm CO2, 630mmol/m3 H2O, 28.8C, 101.0kPa, 77SS – 93 after cleaning off the spiderweb on the sensor The 7700 read: 2.0ppm CH4, 40RSSI – 82 after cleaning We left at 12:35 PDT. |
