Carlos and I arrived at 12:55 PDT. It was breezy, mild, and mostly sunny. It’s been 3 weeks since our last visit here and today the wetland looked mostly green! We also ran into Molly and others from DWR and Solano RCD as they were driving our; they were going to Dutch Slough next. The PG&E pipeline work seems to have finished for now. The scaffolding is gone and the pipeline is wrapped in a black fabric.

The staff gauge read 77cm.

The queen anne’s lace was blooming happily around the solar panels. The path we laid out with discarded plywood is still there (for now). Carlos trimmed some of the tules that were growing into the boardwalk boulevard.

I downloaded met, cam and USB GHG data. Carlos cleaned flux and rad sensors. He said the 7700 was really dirty before cleaning, with deposits, like dried puddles of liquid, on the upper and bottom mirrors. The wash reservoir was empty; we refilled it. I downloaded the miniDOT data and changed the desiccants for the miniDOT and WL sensors.

I changed the eddy clock +1min from 12:04 to 12:05 PST to match the laptop time and restarted logging.

Carlos installed a new threaded handle for the rad boom. The secondary rad boom for PARwater and Rnet sensor needs a new bolt or maybe a re-threaded bolt hole.

LI-7500 readings: CO2 417ppm, H2O 417ppm, T 19.6C, P 101.9kPa, SS 99 --> 101 after cleaning
LI7700 readings: CH4 2.0ppm, RSSI 5 --> 84 after cleaning

We left at 13:45 PDT.
