Summary: Swapped Tower PC case, Tower co2 profile pump not running - fuse replaced, Tower HMP fan dead - broken wire fixed, Changed multiplier on tipping bucket.

Trip Purpose General site visit

Tonzi Ranch:

Tower: Remove tower PC enclosure and replace with unit that has PC enclosure lid securely fastened to folding shelf.

Change filter element on T&RH probe at met station at base of tower

Pump tower CO2 profile system was not running. The 2 amp fuse for the pump motor was blown. I replaced it with a 2.5 amp fuse.

Tower T&RH aspirator fan not running. Discovered broken power lead and repair. Ok - fan now operational.

Run pre-zero/span gasses on LI800 sn AKC-0479. Scrubbed nitrogen yields values from -1.5 to +1.5. Run 428.7 ppm span gas yielding 430 ppm relatively constant.

Note that the sample stream temperature from a thermocouple is at 25.5 while the cell temp indicated by a thermocouple is at 51.26 and the LI800 interface indicates a temp of 52.6.
