Summary: Ran LGR on generator, new ASUS netbook installed.

6/12/2009 Arrived about 9:30 with Jaclyn. Broken overcast, warm, windy. Rice may be a little thicker than last week. Lamb’s quarters less healthy looking. Set up LGR. Discovered that Honda generator outputs about 180VAC. Blew up APC UPS, but ran LGR, pump and LCD screen just fine from generic power strip. Might try a variac next time. LGR recorded data from 9:18 to 13:30PST. Lost sonic data due to loose connector last 15 minutes or so. Fixed CR1000 program so that LRG message was parsed properly. Added the LGR analog out to differential channel 2 on CR1000 and at end of the fast table. Bought lumber for new solar panel platform: Two 9’ 2x12 One sheet ¾” plywood Four 8’ treated 2x4 Three 8’ 2x4 Swapped out old computer and monitor for new ASUS netbook. Verizon still fickle. |
