We arrived at 10:05.

There was total haze cover in the sky--Mt Diablo was not visible. Weather was mild and there was a cool breeze. While we were there, Russ Ryan from the LA Metropolitan Water District stopped by and chatted with Dennis.

The wash reservoir was 3/4 full, Dennis refilled it.

Robert took vegetation height measurements.

I did 2-wand LAI measurements. The correct file is named "BC0807C".

I dropped my phone in the corn field but if you get low to the ground, you can see across the expanse and hopefully find the object in question. Special thanks to Robert for developing this method and finding my phone.

Dennis cleaned flux and rad sensors.

We left at 11:00.
