We arrived at 9:30. It was clear and windy, with good visibilityâ€”we could see Mt. Diablo and the sparse snow on the Sierras.

Tim collected water samples for Isabel at 9:30. Sam cleaned the flux and rad sensors. We downloaded miniDOT data and put in fresh desiccant in each miniDOT. The fluorometer windows didnâ€™t look dirty, so we didnâ€™t clean it. We checked the wash box level, but I donâ€™t know what it was.

I collected met, camera, and USB GHG data. There are some NAN in PAR and 4-way radiometer channels, and SWout has spikes up. We replaced the mux last month, so I think we should pull the 4-way and PAR sensors and inspect them. The 7500 and 7700 had a time sync error even though they are both on automatic time setting. I reset the 7550, which resolved the time sync error.

LI-7500 readings:
CO2 407ppm
H2O 225ppm
T 11C
P 102.1 kPa
SS 100 --> 101 after cleaning

LI7700 readings:
CH4 1.98 ppm
RSSI 59--> 76 after cleaning

Joe ran a new power cable through conduit between the tower and charge controller. Some of the cable has been taped up, so we should keep an eye on it. The old power cable (that has a wire nut near the boardwalk entrance) is still there. After we reconnected power, the mux was clicking and the LI-7550 lights were blinking.

We left at 10:20.
