We arrived around 12:35. It was sunny, breezy, and clear. The water was quite clear.

Sam collected 3 water samples for Isabel at 12:40. The wash reservoir was completely empty; we refilled it.

Elke cleaned the EC and radiation sensors and camera enclosure window. She also replaced the 7700 temperature tubing. The tubing is narrower than the original, so when she used a regular length of tubing, the end of the TC was touching the tubing wall. She trimmed the tubing so the TC is just outside of the tube.

Sam got in the water and moved the eosCO2 probe down so it's near the bottom of the water profile. Minidot sn1221 is still near the top of the profile. He also took these measurements:
122 cm from folding boom to bottom
45 cm from boom to top sensors
45 cm from top to bottom sensors
28 cm from boom to water surface
After calculations:
Top sensor: z = -17 cm
Bottom sensor: z = -62 cm
(These are the same depth measurements as we made on 2017-05-25, before we moved the bottom sensor lower...)

I downloaded the met, camera, and USB GHG data. The Licor GHG data has been weirdly formatted, with extra columns of data and header/data don't quite match. There seems to be a problem with the LI-7550 configuration file.

I downloaded the complete configuration, "sn2669_1285_MB-all_20170913.l7x". I uploaded a master configuration file to the LI-7550, "AIU-0674_MASTER_20170912.l7x". The master file was saved in the lab using LI-7550 AIU-0674 and had all fields except for zero/span values and calibration coefficients. I reset the box. I checked the pressure coefficients matched and renamed the site/station name. The numbers look ok.

CO2 362.5 --> 385.4
H2O 888.0 --> 755.7
T 23.6 --> 23.7
P 100.9 --> 101.2
SS 79.5 --> 100.6 after cleaning

LI7700 readings:
CH4: 1.90
RSSI: 29.5 -> 79 after cleaning

Sam came back in the evening to take soil water samples [Sam for more details]

We left at 13:15.
