Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, water level low, uploaded LI-7550 master configuration file

We arrived at 9:15. It was sunny with a light breeze. The water level is low and the CO2 probe is out of the water. The tule are starting to brown but the cattails are still green.

I collected met, camera, and USB GHG data.

Sam cleaned EC and radiation sensors and the camera enclosure window. Elke trimmed tule and willow by the boardwalk.

The Licor GHG data has been weirdly formatted, with extra columns of data and header/data don't quite match. There seems to be a problem with the LI-7550 configuration file. Licor sent a program that can delete the configuration file, get_system_status.exe. I ran the program to delete configuration and reboot, but got a simultaneous "failed" message in the program window and a "success" message in a pop-up window. I reset the LI-7550, but the head name and the site setup information were still the same, so it doesn't look like the program worked.

I downloaded the complete WP configuration file, "sn0418_WP-all_20170913.l7x" and a configuration file with only the zero/span and calibration coefficient values, "sn0418_zerospan_20170913.l7x".

I uploaded a master configuration file to the LI-7550, "AIU-0674_MASTER_20170912.l7x". The master file was saved in the lab using LI-7550 AIU-0674 and had all fields except for zero/span values and calibration coefficients. I reset the box. I checked the pressure coefficients matched and renamed the site/station name. The numbers look ok.
