Summary: Issues with the CO2 profile.

Arrived at 12:00. The weather was clear, sunny and breezy. It was not too warm. The field was mowed and baled. Kyle trimmed around the instruments and measured soil respiration. The 6th collar was showing super high fluxes (~20) and is probably bad data. Ada took spectral data.

Replaced profile A (8 cm) on the CO2 profile. The sensor is still reading ~5000 mV. To test if it was a probe problem, Daphne removed the probe next to it (profile A, shallow depth) from the soil so it was sitting at atm. The probe was still reading ~70 mV. This was suspicious. Daphne put the probe from shallow depth onto the middle cable, so the shallow cable had no probe. A-2 was still ~70 mV while A-8 was still ~5000 mV. From the program, it should be scanning every 10 seconds, so the probe was left in.

Didnâ€™t see any dropouts or spikes across the NR01 and PRT, PAR and SHF.
