Summary: Little bit of rain, changed program on old Tower EC CR1000 for phenocam only, midday water potential, standard data collection

When: Date: 7/5/2017 , Watch Time: 10:30 am . Where: Tonzi/Vaira Ranch Who: Siyan Weather: partially cloudy, tiny drizzle around 3:00 pm (less than 1 min) Phenology: Summary Swapped memory cards of CR1000s at Tonzi Tower for Phenocam images and data from the rotating diffusion sensor. Joe’s new Campbell datalogger program was uploaded for collecting Phenocam images only. Downloaded phenocam images and met data at Vaira. Downloaded flux data from Li7550 system and put the memory stick back at three towers. Downloaded met data from each datalogger at Tonzi. Read dendrometers Measured soil moisture Measure groundwater well and download GlobalWater data Measure midday water potential of oak leaves Spectrum of Vaira grassland Download IRT data Vaira_Grass Site Fence worked. Downloaded Phenocam images Downloaded flux data from Li7550 system and put the memory stick back Before After Checked the fans of air temp and relative humidity sensors at Vaira. YES! Downloaded met and soil CO2 profile data: Checked levels of Radiation sensors, clear up surfaces. YES! Checked rain gage, make sure not clogged. YES! Closed gate and set up fence. YES! Tonzi_Tower Site Fence worked. Swapped the memory cards of CR1000 with Phenocam images.
