I arrived about 11:30 with Siyan. It was clear, sunny and hot with a little breeze. The ground and grass are crackly dry. There is still a tiny tinge of green in the low spots and still some flowers. The trees look good.

I worked on the tower top trying to fine what setting was causing the W wind to be too high. I copied the configs from both the 7500 and the sonic. I finally found it in the 7500 config file â€“ the multiplier was 6 when it should have been 1. I reset the parameters on the Licor box. Note, the white netbook works well with the sonic coms but the silver one hangs up.

In ejecting the CFM card on the CR1000 I dropped it and it disappeared into the grass at the base of the tower. There was camera images and some data from the rotating shadow band on it. The new card would not format. Finally I discovered that the camera was writing files to the card while the data logger was trying to format it and interrupting the process. So I unplugged the camera until the format was complete.

I serviced the z-cams and collected the data from the met data loggers and the Floor Licor GHG system.

No Moisture Point measurements because the meter had a dead battery.

The cable on the Floor well sensor is rotting all the way down. I need to replace it.
